🎨 About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, ambitious Junior Motion Designer who’s excited by animation, storytelling and producing visually compelling digital content.

If you love crafting motion graphics, editing film, building storyboards and exploring fresh creative ideas — this role gives you the platform to grow, experiment and contribute to impactful work seen across Europe.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Motion Designer and Creative Director, gain exposure to big brand work, and have the chance to develop your craft in a supportive, inspiring environment.

🔥 What You’ll Do

You’ll play a hands-on role in creating motion content that elevates our brand across channels. This includes:

Producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, film edits and digital assetsCutting footage, adding lower thirds, syncing audio and executing colour gradingCreating rough cuts and visual drafts to support presentations and campaign pitchesDesigning storyboards and layouts to bring concepts to lifeEnsuring consistency across typography, colour, pacing and transitionsDeveloping and applying motion principles with senior creative supportCreating 3D models and renders when neededCollaborating with designers, UX, freelancers and marketing teamsManaging assets, project folders and working filesActively participating in stand-ups, creative reviews and briefing sessionsIterating your work in response to feedback

🎯 What You’ll Bring

You’re passionate about motion, creativity, and continuous improvement. You’ll thrive here if you have:

A diploma/degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design or similar (preferred)1–2 years’ experience in a design or creative environmentA strong portfolio showcasing motion and design projectsStrong skills in Adobe Premiere & After EffectsExperience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender) — a big plusFigma experience (great to have)Confidence in presenting your creative thinkingStrong attention to detail and time managementA willingness to learn, experiment and stay up to date with trends

Desirable:

A passion for animation, craftsmanship, design, creativity and communication — plus a curious, proactive mindset and the ability to work well as part of a collaborative team.
