Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Freelance Video Editor/Motion Designer. The role is based in Leesburg, VA, with flexibility to work from home for specific tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing video content, creating motion graphics, executing visual effects, collaborating with the creative team, and ensuring client goals and project deadlines are met with a high standard of quality.

Qualifications Proficiency in Video Editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.Experience with Motion Design and Visual Effects using programs such as Adobe After Effects.Strong skills in Graphic Design and Animation.Ability to understand client briefs, collaborate with creative teams, and deliver work on time.Organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.Familiarity with file formats, codecs, and delivering content optimized for various platforms.Experience in storytelling, color grading, and sound design is a plus.Past experience in video production for agencies or as a freelancer preferred.
