Graphic & Motion Designer – Colombia

We are an established and fast-growing e-commerce company offering custom trade show and display solutions. We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to bring our brand visuals to life through both static and animated formats.You will create polished web images, trade show graphics, animated ads, and social media reels that convey a fresh, sophisticated, and on-brand image. The ideal candidate must have experience producing static and video creatives for advertisements, events, or e-commerce products, with a deep understanding of brand tone, visual hierarchy, and the essence of design.
RESPONSIBILITIESDesign high-impact static graphics: ads, website banners, social posts, product visuals, event materials.Produce short-form videos and motion graphics for digital ads, social media, and product explainers.Collaborate with our Growth team to repurpose existing assets into multiple formats (e.g., still tovideo).Maintain consistent branding, typography, and visual storytelling across all media.Optimize video exports for web and social platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).Gain an understanding of our products, process, and CRM system.
REQUIREMENT3+ years of ecommerce marketing experience with a strong focus on creating visual assets for ads,websites, and digital campaigns.Great graphic design, 3D mockup (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing skills, and GoogleSuite skills are required.Must be highly organized, a strong multi-tasker, and great attention to detail.Be highly productive and perform well in a fast-paced environment.HTML, CSS, are a plus.Speak English at a fluent level.
