Mid Filmmaker & Motion Designer at TEAM International – Colombia

We are looking for a Filmmaker & Motion Designer to join our marketing team.The Filmmaker & Motion Designer Mid is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-impact audiovisual content, combining skills in direction, animation, and visual storytelling. This role requires a creative and technically skilled professional capable of transforming ideas into powerful visual narratives that emotionally connect with audiences and reflect the brand’s identity. Key Responsibilities:· Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end audiovisual productions, from script and storyboard to final editing.· Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment, ensuring high-quality visuals.· Design and integrate animations and motion graphics to enhance audiovisual content.· Create 2D and 3D animations to support visual concepts and brand campaigns.· Edit videos, perform color correction, audio mixing, and post-production.· Collaborate with design, marketing, and communications teams to maintain visual and narrative consistency.· Adapt audiovisual pieces to different digital platforms and advertising formats.· Research and implement new trends, technologies, and techniques in audiovisual production and animation. Requirements· Degree in Film, Audiovisual Communication, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related fields.· Proven experience in video production, editing, and animation (portfolio required).· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.· Strong understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling.· Basic or advanced experience in 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) strong plus.· Excellent organization, creativity, and attention to detail. Nice to Have:· Knowledge of VFX, tracking, and advanced compositing.· Experience in photography and social media content creation.· Ability to lead small production teams or manage audiovisual projects.
