As we scale, we’re looking for a Motion & Digital Designer to join our marketing team, working closely with our Head of Marketing & Growth. In this role, you’ll help shape how Saga is brought to life visually across motion and digital – creating compelling work that captures attention and elevates our brand. Your role as Motion & Digital DesignerYou’ll translate ideas into clear, thoughtful execution. Through motion, animation, and storytelling, you’ll make our product and brand intuitive to understand, more engaging to experience, and more consistent across every touchpoint, building trust with legal professionals. You’ll work across a wide range of outputs, from product storytelling and campaigns to social, web, and events, creating motion that feels intentional and cohesive. Over time, you’ll help establish a motion language that scales with us, bringing structure and clarity as we grow. You’ll also contribute to our web presence and visual system, supporting the evolution of our design language and how it’s applied in practice. At Saga, we care deeply about doing things well. Design and produce motion work across product launches, campaigns, social, ads, and explainersDevelop a motion system and toolkit that ensures consistency while allowing flexibility as we scaleSupport key product moments with clear, well-crafted motion that communicates valueCollaborate closely with teams to explore ideas and bring them to lifeCreate brand and web experiences – from early concepts through to polished executionDesign and iterate our website, campaign landing pages, and interactive brand momentsContribute to and maintain our Webflow-based design systemShape interactions, motion, and prototypes that make ideas easier to understand and navigateWork independently across a range of brand and web challenges while maintaining a high standard of qualityUse Webflow as part of your core workflow (experience with custom components is a plus) What you’ll bring to our teamYou are a hands-on designer with strong motion and video skills. You’ve worked in environments where output matters and where your work is used immediately. You understand that execution is what moves things forward. We are also looking for:A motion-first approach, with a strong foundation in visual design and storytellingA portfolio that reflects thoughtful, high-quality work across brand, product, and marketingProficiency in tools such as Webflow, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Jitter, Screen Studio, and PowerPointThe ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail and craftComfort receiving and applying feedback, with clear and open communicationExperience creating marketing and sales assets (presentations, event materials, social content, etc.)Experience designing for B2B or technology products is a strong advantageCuriosity about AI tools and how they can support and enhance creative workflowsStrong instincts for interaction, motion, and narrativeA high level of care for detail, consistency, and overall visual quality Why join SagaYou’ll join at a moment where the product is strong, but how we show it to the world is still being built.
