Role Description This is an on-site, contract position based in Pristina for a Motion Graphic Designer. The role involves creating engaging motion graphics, designing and producing high-quality motion content, and collaborating with teams on video production projects. The designer will be responsible for developing creative concepts and visuals that align with the organization's sustainability-focused messaging and branding strategies.

Qualifications Proficiency in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and related animation techniquesExperience in Video Production and post-production processesSkills in Graphic Design, including creating visually cohesive and engaging graphicsAbility to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with environmental and sustainability themes is a plusBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred
