We are looking for a creative and open-minded Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who is eager to learn and demonstrate their passion through their work. Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor RequirementsDegree or knowledge in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or any related field1-2 years of professional experience in videography and video editingExcellent command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and similar video editing and motion design softwareFamiliarity with motion graphics, animation, and color correction techniquesStrong visual storytelling skills with the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.Knowledge of social media video formats and optimization techniquesOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficientlyCreativity, imagination, excellent attention to detail, and openness to constructive feedbackExperience with camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio gear (e.g. DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, microphones) will be considered as an advantageExcellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage*Work portfolio required. Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality videos for our websites, marketing campaigns, and social media platformsCreate motion graphics and animations for promotional contentEdit footage for use in marketing campaigns, social media ads, and internal videosManage video assets, organize raw footage, and maintain an efficient and accessible content libraryOptimize videos for performance across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion designEnsure all video content meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelinesContribute fresh ideas and creative solutions during team brainstorming sessionsParticipate in post-production reviews, implementing feedback to refine and elevate final outputsFollow strict quality checking procedures to deliver a high-quality, professional product to the company’s agreed standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments to meet project goals and deadlines Our StandardsMonthly fixed salaryBonus SchemeMonday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm (flexi hour) including a 30 minute breakUp to 25 days of annual leave5 days of sick leaveProvident Fund Scheme
