Role DescriptionFjord Creative Company is looking for a multidisciplinary designer who can think, design, and bring ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different creative formats — from key visuals and brand campaigns to motion graphics, video production, and storytelling.You will collaborate directly with our creative team to develop ideas and execute high-quality visuals for healthcare, FMCG, and brand campaigns across POSM-prints, digital, social, and experiential platforms. The role involves creating compelling motion graphics, designing visual content for various platforms, and driving creative concepts from ideation to final execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, producing high-quality video content, ensuring brand consistency, and staying updated with the latest trends in graphic and motion design. Responsibilities• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns and brand communications• Design key visuals, marketing materials, and digital assets• Create motion graphics and animation for videos and social media• Support storyboarding and incharge of video production when required• Collaborate with the creative and account teams to bring ideas from concept to final execution• Maintain HIGH design standards and attention to DETAIL across projects• Contribute creative thinking during brainstorming sessions Requirements• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or motion graphics within an agency or creative environment• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design, animation, storyboarding, animation, and motion graphics capabilities• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite• Ability to work fast and efficiently while maintaining high creative standards• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills• Able to quickly understand briefs and translate ideas into visual solutions• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight timelines• Strong sense of layout, typography, visual storytelling, and aesthetics• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to find creative solutions independently• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects• Experience with 3D is a strong advantage• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field *We are looking for someone who can think creatively, execute quickly, and solve visual challenges efficiently.*
