We are looking for a Senior UI & Motion Designer who understands that the best digital products are a perfect harmony of brand story, functional UI, and purposeful motion. In this role, you will be the bridge between a client’s vision and their digital future. You’ll work within cross-functional pods—alongside Strategists, UXers, and Engineers—to take traditional brand collateral and transform it into high-performing, motion-rich digital ecosystems. You aren't just styling screens; you are defining how a brand scales across digital ecosystems. Core Responsibilities Agency-Level Brand Translation: Partner with clients to ingest "traditional" brand books and collateral, reimagining those assets into modern, digital-first design systems for web and mobile.Motion as a Language: Use After Effects to move beyond simple transitions. You’ll create purposeful Lottie animations for micro-interactions and produce high-impact video content that brings digital products to life.Design System Architecture: Build and scale robust design systems within Figma.
